Platform Role
Ticonus is a ticketing platform that facilitates the purchase of tickets for live events. Ticket prices are set by event organizers and displayed prior to checkout. Ticonus provides the technology to browse events, purchase tickets, and access ticket information, but does not control how an event is produced or delivered.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details (including date, time, venue, seating, accessibility, and age restrictions), as well as for event operations, admission policies, and compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements.
Pricing, Fees, and Checkout
Prices and availability may change at the organizer's direction. Taxes and applicable service or processing fees (if any) are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
Refunds, exchanges, event rescheduling, and cancellations are governed by the organizer's policies for the specific event. If an event is canceled or materially changed, your remedy (if any) is determined by the event organizer and their posted terms, subject to applicable law.
Tickets and Admission
Tickets are intended for admission to the event described on the ticket. Organizers and venues may require additional verification at entry (for example, matching name/ID). Unauthorized resale, duplication, or fraudulent use of tickets may result in denial of entry without refund.
Third-Party Services
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe or PayPal). Their terms and privacy policies may apply to payment processing and related services.
